9-22-2006 Otis is a beautiful, five year old Neardie who was 'left out' of a divorce agreement.  This gentle and endearing boy stole heart everywhere and applications poured in.  

Otis has a new forever home in Charlotte, NC with a Mom who wanted a companion and she got a great one.  Otis has already found her couches and bed to be very suitable for 'hanging out' .
