06/31/06 - Lucky is indeed a Lucky boy. He has found his wonderful forever home and been named Monty. His new family is from Greenville, S.C., and they fell in love with him at first glance. Monty now lives on a huge farm. He has two horses and two cats as an extended family which he gets along well with. He sleeps right beside his new parents' bed at night. This smart boy learned to be housebroken in two days and now asks to go out or come in. The neighbors came over to meet him and brought him toys. At first Monty did not know what toys were, but he is learning fast. He loves to go on long walks with his family. He is one happy pup

Original Story 06/25/06 -What a lucky boy I am. I was pulled the day they were going to put me to sleep. I am a young male beardie mix with lots of energy. I love people and am very affectionate.

My coat is very matted so I will be clipped when they give me a bath tomorrow.(6/26/06) At that time I will get all my shots, be neutered, and have a heartworm check.

My weight is 60 pounds. I get along well with other dogs. I would love to find a loving home to be my forever home.
