Isabelle in Ohio
Has a Home

02/22/05 - The Kerns family in Lancaster, Ohio had a Beardie who crossed over the Bridge in January, so they were in search of another little girl to love.  Isabelle seemed to be just the right answer for the empty spot in their family.  Her new mommy and daddy are both teachers who often go home for lunch, so Izzy won't have to be alone all day.  They are delighted with her charm and cute little bounce, and Izzy seems equally happy with her new parents.  She's a wonderful little neardie who has touched all our hearts here in Ohio.  We wish her well.

Original Story 10/13/05 - Baby Isabelle is around 4-5 months old and is as sweet as they come.  She is part Beardie and part All-American-Whatzit.  She was found at a local pound, so we don't have any background on her.  She is shy at first but warms up quickly and bounces around like any other Beardie pup.  You can see from the photos that she loves the snow, too. Izzy does well with other dogs and will do well with cats if she is taught to respect them while she's young.  She does well with children and adults.  She is almost housebroken.  We are saving the rest for her new parents. ;)

Isabelle is scheduled to go to the vet on Feb. 17th and will be available for adoption by the following weekend.  Preference will be given to homes with a fenced yard and homes closest to Cleveland, Ohio.  Her foster mother does not want to ship her.  No children under the age of 5, please.
