Has a Home

6/17/04 - Mick has gone to live with a family in the Atlanta area that recently lost their golden retriever to old age. They feel that Mick is the perfect dog to help fill the emptiness left by the death of Gus. Dad, mom, three kids and a 10-yr old bichon/poodle rescue will undoubtedly provide him an excellent environment to thrive and be loved as well as giving him the job of keeping track of everyone!

Original Story 5/30/04 - Mick is a loveable, fun-filled 6-month old neardie pup who was left alone to wander and fend for himself.

Everything is new to him - being inside a house, regular meals, lots of attention and being safe. He gets along well with other dogs and has no problem meeting new people and kids.

Mick in the grass He currently weighs 28 lbs and will probably be about 40 - 45 lbs when fully grown. He is neutered and current on shots; his house training is already pretty reliable and we are working on crate training and basic commands. He's also learning about all the fun stuff in the toy basket !
