5/20/03 Fritz has a home with Barbara Copperman in Eureka, CA

Original Story: Fritz (he really has no name) is about 3 years old, picked up by animal control 4/18/03, neutered 4/29 and adopted 4/30. Back into shelter (a different one) after his escape 5/3. So he is now available.

Originally at the shelter, he snarled at me at first and was marked with "Caution". I asked the handler to get him out where he acted like a different animal. He did not like the cage. He leaned against me and let me pet and hug him. I lifted his hair and I thought I saw one of mine looking back. He is very, very sad and broken spirited. He needs lots of patience and down time.

He was very matted and smelly and had to be bathed and trimmed. bathed him and some matts cut out.
