6/18/03 Elroy has a home with Jody Pfaffman
from NY..
We adopted Elroy on 6/18/03. We had to
fly him to N.Y. When we
picked him up at the airport he didn't seem to happy in the crate. When
we opened it and let him out he immediately started licking us. He's
been with us a week and has become an important member of our family.
Elroy is exteremly friendly and loveable to both animals and peolpe.
He loves to play ball and frisbee. He has playdates with neighboring
dogs and is becomming a brother to our rabbit "Dutch". It's
funny to see him lick the rabbits face.He has discovered the kids Beanie
Babies and walks around carrying them from place to place as a mother
would carry her young pup.He is definately a keeper.
We want to thank BONE for rescuing him and
MIcla Kennels for
taking him into forster care. Without a question Elroy has found his
forever home!!!
The Pfaffman's
Original Sory 5/9/03 - Elroy is a sweet boy about 2 years old. He has
been to the vet, is heartworm negative, weighs 52 lbs, has had all his
shots and now needs to be shaved and neutered (which will be dne before
he is adopted). He appears to be all fawn colored, though he has some
black tips.
| Elroy is VERY FRIENDLY!! He met some other dogs and
a cat at the vet and was very good with them. I don't know if he
is housebroken but he figured out the dog door. |

Shaved
|
| He has a bad collar burn on his neck (looks like a
chain), a small hole in his nose and was extremely matted. He stood
quietly while his neck was shaved, even though it had to hurt. He
gently stood up on me and licked my face. |
