6/01/03 Cutie was rescued from a kill shelter and just blossomed in her foster home. A loving family in IL. decided she was the perfect dog for their family. They had just lost their neardie to cancer and were looking for another neardie to become a member of their family. Cutie was renamed Maddie and made the trip from S.C. to IL. It did not take this special dog long before she was giving everyone in her new forever home neardie kisses. She loves all the attention.To quote her new Mom, "Maddie is absolutely wonderful...when my husband got down in front of her, she put her paws on his shoulders and kissed him. What a wonderful dog."

Orignal Story 4/19/03: My name is Cutie and I was rescued from the pound. I am a young female neardie that is friendly and loves people. I am medium size and 38 lbs. I am a gentle dog that needs a good home. I am scheduled to have all my vet work done and would love a family to adopt me.
