8/13/02 Zach has a new home in Indiana with Donna Wolfe. he was originally rescued by BCCA and then after not finding any homes we brought him ot BONE. However BCCA finally arranged his placement. Zach will enjoy a home with another dog, horse and a nice human who has lots of room for him to play. he may even do some agility.. Thanks to Angie Wright of BCCA for fostering him, especailly after she had third degree burns from spilling hot coffee on herself. Zach was lucky to spend well over a month with Angie. Original Sory 7.19.02 Zach is about 8 or 9 months old (July) and altered. Zach is on the small side for a Beardie. Our guess is that he will eventually weigh 40 pounds or so as he is still young and probably still growing. He is sweet and very friendly, has been good with the other dogs. Our foster feels he will be good with children also. We have taken care of all his medical and he is ready to go to a new home. You should have a fenced yard to apply for Zach. He will likely be full of energy, and need some obedience work. The above is currently the only photo we have of Zach. It was taken before he was cleaned up. Zach was a turn in at a shelter because he chased bicycles and cars and probably had not been in a fenced yard. Right now Zach is being fostered in Syracue, Indiana. He needs a home soon (is getting a little bored being in a kennel even though he is getting attention now.) We are seeking a home that can come meet and get Zach if they fall in love with him. Currently are not considering transporting him - although his foster may drive him an hour or so in your direction.
