Victoria in Ohio
Has a Home

8/13/02 - Victoria has a home. Victoria, 'Tori' for short was adopted by her foster mom Nancy who is a veterinary technician at the shelter where Tori ended up in very bad shape. Tori is looking good and was spayed last week. Tori lives with Gus a Border Collie and Cole a chow mix both also adopted from the shelter. She also has two cat friends.

Nancy never intended to adopt Tori - however when she started thinking about placing her in her forever home..... she could not imagine about parting with her. We hope Tori continues to heal and share her happiness with all of us at the shelter.

Original Story 7/14/02 Victoria was picked up by Animal Control as a stray. She was a mess. Ear and eye infections, flea allergy dermatitis and a very scraped up and swollen nose. Under all this mess is a very very sweet, socialized girl! We called her Victoria - Tori for short.

She is cleaned up and being treated for her assorted problems. Everyone loves Tori! You would never know she felt bad though- she is playful and loving and loves to give kisses.

Clipped down
and cleaned up

Tori is good with dogs, fine with cats although she goes into barking fits occasionally when they tease her and is housebroken. Tori loves attention. She is very thin at 36lbs so we are waiting a bit to spay her.
