02/02/02 - Jackie got her name from the shelter who picked her up as a stray. At first they thought she was a Bouvier Des Flanders, so they named her Jacqueline Bouiver. Then they discovered that she was a neardie and contacted BONE. From the AKC description of a PWD, I believe her to be a Beardie/Portuguese Water Dog mix. Whatever she is, she's beautiful and very loving. Jackie now has her forever home with Jason Barnette of Mentor, OH. She happily sits beside him in his truck as they run errands and visit friends. And she keeps herself busy babysitting her two kitty sisters while Jason is at work.
