Happy has found a new home with the Gundolf family of Springfield, Ohio.
He has a 10 year old sister, a 16 year old brother, and a 1 year old
female Spring Spaniel for playmates. The entire family is glad to have
a neardie in the house once again. They lost their first neardie, Shaggs,
to old age about a year ago.

11/11/02 - Original Story - Happy was found as a stray in West
Virginia. The family who found him could not keep him, so they
gave him to BONE. He is approximately 1 year old, black and white,
and about 45 pounds. He is not a purebred Beardie, but looks very
much like one. Happy has been neutered and is up-to-date on all
his vaccinations. He is a happy boy and loves to romp and play.
Very energetic; loves life; loves people big and small. He has
not been trained, so he will need a patient family who is familiar
with obedience training and housebreaking. For this reason, we
are not recommending a home with small children. A fenced yard
is required. He's a real love-bug and a great companion.
