IMPORTANT Reservation information:

Reservations may be made beginning March 1, 2008 by calling 1-800-222-TREE or 707-584-5466.  Guests must mention the Bearded Collie Club of America room block to receive the special room rate of $129.00 per night and rooms (2 maximum) must be guarantee with a credit card.  There will be a $100 pet cleaning deposit for each guestroom.  $60 of this deposit will be returned if the room is clean upon check out.

Deadline for all room cancellations is September 11, 2008. 
NOTE:  50% of guest room nights reserved will be charged on your credit card on September 15, 2008. 

Hotel Etiquette:
Our hotel is a pet-friendly hotel that has been the site of many national and regional specialties.  However, we still need to make sure we are respectful of the hotel and grounds so that future dog shows will be welcome there.   No more than 4 dogs are allowed per room.  Dogs must be crated any time you are out of your room.  Please us plastic sheeting under crates and dog bowls.  No bathing or grooming of dogs is allowed in the guest rooms.  We will have a bathing area hosted by “First In Line” Grooming Products for your use.  The towels in the hotel are only for human guests.
Please clean up after your dogs at all times.  We will have poop bags, scoopers and trash cans around the hotel grounds for your use.  Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, lounge, public restrooms, courtyard or pool areas due to California State laws.  All dogs must be kept on a leash except when in the ring competing.
